| Training Program |
New scholarship holders are introduced to a personalised training program that takes into account assessed levels of competence in training areas, as well as work and/or study commitments. Maturing athletes are encouraged to become actively involved in both the assessment of their current abilities and the design of their own training programs in preparation for a career as an elite athlete on an International Tour.
All aspects of the sport are continually analysed and reviewed by the coaching staff. The latest innovations and findings in areas such as technique development, mental skills training, physical preparation and equipment advances are considered when reviewing the training program in order to provide the athlete with the opportunity for continued improvement.

Personal and professional development courses through the Athlete Career and Education (ACE) Program provide opportunities to develop skills that enhance the athletes on and off course persona, through public speaking and media workshops. The ACE program also provides assistance with vocational development and juggling the demands of training, competition and everyday life. |
| |
| Competition Program |
| The competition program includes club, state, national and international tournaments. This program will vary from athlete to athlete, depending on where each golfer's development lies. Information gained by exposure to superior levels of competition is critical in providing direction for future training programs for both coach and athlete. Athletes are required to be actively involved and responsible for organising all areas of their competition schedule including tournament entries, travel, accommodation, etc. to assist them in developing the skills necessary to compete on world tours. |
